The Toisa fleet is one of the most diverse within the offshore industry, ranging from Platform Supply Vessels (PSV), ROV Support, Well Testing Vessels, Diving Support Vessels (DSV), Construction Support and AHTS.
Multi-purpose Support Vessel
MPSV refers to the versatility that is offered by the modern design of off-shore support vessels where a number of different functions are combined onto one vessel. For example, being able to combine a PSV supply role but also offer extended accommodation and ROV support from the same ship. The majority of vessels within the Toisa fleet are able to combine two or more functions and can be described as Multi-Purpose Support Vessels (MPSV or MSV).
All Toisa ships are designed and operated to the highest international standards and are capable of operating anywhere in the world, in the harshest and most challenging environments and deepest waters. Our fleet encompasses a wide variety of offshore support vessels, and enables us to respond to market requirements with one of our existing vessels or by making modifications; we frequently engage in conversion of our ships to suit Charterers' needs.
Platform Supply Vessels (PSV)
For carrying supplies and equipment between rigs and platforms, ships and shore…
For the support of Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs), providing a stable DP platform…
Well Testing Vessels (Well Testing)
For receiving, processing, storing and off-loading by-products from well tests, clean-up and stimulation operations…
Dive Support Vessels (DSV)
For support of saturation and air diving operations, simultaneously with ROV operations and construction support…
Construction Support Vessels
Providing support to offshore construction projects such as flexible and rigid pipelay, tie-ins, subsea structure installation, topside support…
Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessels (AHTS)
For positioning or towing semi-submersible rigs, barges and production vessels; deep sea towage and salvage…
Our vessels are used to supporting cutting-edge projects off-shore and are equipped with the latest technologies to support Charterers' operations. Many of our vessels have green dynamic positioning (DP) systems, enabling the crew to control the position of the ship with precision in an environmentally friendly (low emissions) and fuel economic mode. This feature is greatly valued by Charterers requiring to work on deeper locations, in close proximity to other off-shore units
All personnel onboard are provided with top class living accommodation as it is important that their off-duty time is spent in a comfortable environment with first class catering, excellent facilities and a choice of recreation.
Those who have sailed or worked on our vessels appreciate the high standard of onboard accommodation and services. Our ships feature modern, air-conditioned sleeping quarters, spacious recreation rooms and gymnasiums, with high quality, freshly prepared food served in comfortable mess rooms.
Where required to support Charterer’s personnel at work, we provide onboard office space, operations rooms, workshops, conference facilities, and high speed internet connections
Toisa are engaged in an active programme of building new ships. The building of all new vessels is managed by Sealion's in-house Projects and Newbuildings Department of Engineers and Naval Architects.
Our ships are designed with innovative features and equipment to meet the needs of our Charterers, to ensure maximum efficiency and the protection of the environment.
